This tutorial is a personal creation. 
Virginia works with PSP19
I work with PSP20 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of PSP

Material
you can download the supplies on Veroreve's original tutorial or...

 Place the supplies and selections into the dedicated folders of  « Corel PSP » general folder
double click on the preset (if any) to install

Filters used
    * AAA Frames - FotoFrame

* Bkg Kaleidoscope -> importe into Filters Unlimited

Colors used
Virginia chose these colors

Don't hesitate to change the colors and the blend mode of the layers, and the shadows,
according to your tubes and images.
set FG to color 1 and BG to color 2 in the materials palette

Important
Open all images in PSP, duplicate them and close the originals. (shift + key D)
always work with the copies to preserve original files
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

don’t forget to save your work as often as possible

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 700 px
effects => plugins => Mehdi => Wavy Lab 1.1 => colors 2 / 1 / 5 / 6

adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 30

image => resize => untick « resize all layers » => 75%
effects => distortion effects => Pixelate

adjust => sharpness => sharpen more

set color 3 (white) as BG color in the materials palette
prepare a linear gradient

selections => select all / selections => float / selections => defloat
selections => modify => contract => 6 px
keep selection active

enable the flood fill tool

flood fill layer with the gradient
opacity of the layer => 80%
keep selection active
your layers palette and tag look like this

open « CV_paysage_tuto_FDH.png » and erase the watermark
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » => 75%
edit => copy
back to your main work
edit => paste as new layer
place the tube properly inside the selection
selections => invert
hit the DELETE key of your keyboard
selections => invert
keep selection active
