This tutorial is a personal creation. 
Veroreves works with PSP20
I work with PSP20 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of PSP

Any resemblance with another one would be pure coincidence.

Supplies
you can download the supplies on Veroreve's original tutorial
or HERE
you will need a nice colored image corresponding to the theme, and a character tube
Place the supplies and selections into the dedicated folders of  « Corel PSP » general folder
double click on the preset (if any) to install
place the texture « Papier chiffonné » into the Textures folder into « My Corel PSP » General folder

save your work often in case of problems with your psp
don’t hesitate to change blend modes and opacities of the layers to match your personal colors and tubes

HINTS and TIPS
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

1 – the Background

open your image
edit => copy

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
edit => paste into selection
selections => select none

effects => image effects => seamless tiling => default settings

adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 25

effects => texture effect => Texture => choose the provided texture

effects => edge effects => enhance

if the background is too dark or dull
=> plugins => Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow, and adapt the value of the Intensity

2 - The Crosses Mask

layers => new raster layer
selections => select all
copy / paste « mask_vjf_croix » into selection
selections => select none

3 - The Graveyard Mask

image => resize => untick « resize all layers » => 40%

5 - The Border Mask

6 - The Title Tube

copy / paste the title tube as new layer

enable the Pick tool with the following settings, to move the layer acurately => position X : 401 / position Y : 318

7 - The Lines Mask

selections => select all
copy / paste « mask_vjf_lignes » into selection
selections => select none

if you want to modifiy the lines color => adjust => hue and saturation  => Hue/saturation/lightness
and modify « hue » value

8 - The Character

copy / paste the character tube as new layer
resize if necessary
place properly

effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 0 / 0 / 80 / 30 / black

8 - The Frame

layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
edit => copy

image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 40 px / color of your choice
selections => select all
selections => modify => contract => 40 px
selections => invert
edit => paste into selection
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 25

effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Vertical Blinds

selections => modify = > select selection borders

flood fill selection with a color of your choice

effects => 3D effects => OUTER Bevel

selections => select none

apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
save your work as... type .jpeg
