This tutorial is a personal creation.
Virginia works with PSP19
I work with PSP20 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of PSP

Any resemblance with another one would be pure coincidence.

Supplies
you can download the supplies on Veroreve's original tutorial or...

Place the supplies, texture and selections into the dedicated folders of « Corel PSP » general folder
double click on the preset (if any) to install
don’t forget to erase tuber’s watermark

Paper Textures - into Filters Unlimited

Colors used
Virginia chose these colors

prepare colors 1 & 2 as FG and BG colors into the materials palette
Don't hesitate to change colors, blend modes and shadows of the layers
according to your tubes and images

Important
Open all images in PSP, duplicate them and close the originals. (shift + D)
always work with the copies to preserve original files
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

prepare your material
don’t forget to save your work as often as possible

Instructions

Step 1
open a new image => transparent => 900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste « fond_lautomne.png » into selection
selections => select none
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 1 px color 1

set color 3 as FG in the materials palette
prepare a linear gradient this way

image => add borders => UNtick « symmetric » => color 4

enable the magic wand tool

select the two white borders
layers => new raster layer
enable the flood fill tool

flood fill selection with the gradient
keep selection active

layers => duplicate
effects => texture effects => texture
find the texture provided «Jof.jpg »

adjust => sharpness => sharpen more
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 0 / 0 / 80 / 40 / color 1
selections => select none
your work looks like this

highlight bottom layer
selections => load-save selection => from disk => selection # 1

selections => promote selection to layer
layers => arrange => bring to top (you don’t see any difference, don’t worry)
keep selection active

adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 30
adjust => hue and saturation => colorize => 7 / 115 (adapt to your personal colors)
keep selection active

erase the watermark
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » => 50%
edit => copy
back to your main work
edit => paste as new layer
enable the Move tool, and Move the tube within the selection
until you find the part of the image you want to keep within the small frame, like this

hit the DELETE key of your keyboard
selections => invert

set color 5 as FG in the materials palette
selections => modify = > select selection borders

flood fill selection with FG color
selections => select none

adjust => sharpness => sharpen

effects => 3D effects => Buttonize
